tpower1 account registration can be done via the website or mobile app. Enter your full name, active phone number, and create a strong password. Once submitted, you will receive an OTP code via SMS to verify your phone number. After OTP verification, your account is immediately active and ready to use. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes.

You must be 18 years and above to register and use the tpower1 platform. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. During the KYC process, your age will be verified through your identity document. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be terminated immediately and the balance returned in accordance with our procedures.

KYC or Know Your Customer is an identity verification process that requires you to upload a photo of your identity card (MyKad) or passport. Cash Withdrawal

tpower1 withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for most local banks and eWallets, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, TNG, and Boost. This is among the fastest processing times in the industry. Withdrawals made outside banking hours may take slightly longer, but typically no more than 30 minutes.

To make your first withdrawal, your account must:
  • Have successfully completed the KYC process
  • Hold a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your tpower1 account
  • Have a sufficient balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal amount
  • Have fulfilled any rollover requirements for bonuses received (if applicable)
Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted for security reasons.

If your withdrawal has not been received after 30 minutes, first check the request status under the "Transaction History" section of your account. If the status shows "Approved" but the funds have not yet reached your bank account, contact tpower1 support via Live Chat with your transaction reference number. This bonus is credited automatically once your deposit has been successfully processed and your KYC is verified — no manual claim required.

Rollover is the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before you can withdraw funds received from a bonus. For example, if the rollover is 5x and you receive a RM20 bonus, you must place bets totalling RM100 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. tpower1 weekly cashback is automatically credited to all active members every Monday based on net losses from the previous week. No manual claim is needed. The cashback percentage depends on your activity level and VIP status — the more you play, the higher the cashback percentage you receive, up to 5%.

In general, only one active bonus at a time. You must complete the rollover requirement of any active bonus before receiving or activating a new one. However, weekly cashback is generally not affected by other active bonuses. Please check the specific promotion terms to confirm.
