1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "tpower1", "we", "Platform", or "service" refers to the website tpower1.onl and all related mobile applications, services, and content. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who registers and uses the tpower1 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — whether via web browser, Android app, or iOS app. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the tpower1 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration
• Registering under your own name only — each individual is only permitted to have one active account
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration
• Not on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by the platform
• Comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to online wagering activities

Tpower1 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This includes copies of your ID, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

3 Deposit and Payment Methods

Tpower1 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and direct bank transfers through major banks. The minimum deposit is RM10 and all deposits are processed in real time.

A few important points regarding deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name only
• Tpower1 does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of members
• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed into your tpower1 account
• Tpower1 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider
• If any technical issue occurs during the deposit process, please contact our support team within 24 hours

4 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings can be requested at any time through the "Withdrawal" section in your account. The minimum withdrawal is RM30 and processed via the same payment method used for your deposit.

Withdrawal requirements that must be met:

• Account verification (KYC) must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• All rollover requirements associated with the claimed bonus must be fulfilled first
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes depending on the chosen method
• Tpower1 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a security measure
• Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to incorrect account information will be returned to your tpower1 balance

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Rollover Requirements

Tpower1 offers a variety of bonuses to members including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions. Each bonus is subject to rollover requirements as stated in the respective promotion terms.

General principles applicable to all tpower1 bonuses:

• Rollover requirements are typically between 5x to 25x depending on the bonus type
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period — expired bonuses cannot be recovered
• Some bonuses can only be used for specific game categories — please check the specific terms of each promotion
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• Tpower1 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice
• Bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting or using bonuses across multiple accounts — will result in immediate cancellation

6 Game and Wagering Rules

All games available on the tpower1 platform are operated using random number generator (RNG) technology certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

General rules applicable to all games:

• The results of completed games are final and binding
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, tpower1 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager
• Minimum and maximum bets for each game are displayed in the respective game settings
• Users are not permitted to use bots, automated software, or any method that provides an unfair advantage
• Tpower1 reserves the right to reject or void bets suspected of involving fraud or manipulation

For live sports betting, the odds displayed are based on current conditions and may change until the bet is fully confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members.

7 Account Security and Member Responsibilities

Your account security is a shared responsibility. tpower1 provides enterprise-grade security infrastructure, but as a member, you also play a role in keeping your account safe.

• Never share your account password with anyone — including family members
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device
• Report to us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization

Tpower1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

8 Account Closure, Suspension, and Ban

Tpower1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or hacking
• Multiple account registration
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Repeated requests to reverse valid deposits

For cases of closure arising from proven fraudulent activity, tpower1 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account. For other cases, valid balances will be returned upon completion of the review.

9 Responsible Gaming

Tpower1 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of self-management tools to help members maintain control over their betting activity:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit — set a maximum deposit amount according to your comfort level
• Loss Limit — limit the amount you can lose within a given period
• Betting Limit — control the maximum amount per individual bet
• Temporary Break — suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account if needed

10 Terms Amendments and Dispute Resolution

Tpower1 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for security or legal reasons.

Should any dispute arise regarding platform usage or winnings, members must contact the tpower1 support team within 30 days from the date of the incident. Our team will investigate and deliver a decision within 14 business days. tpower1's decisions on technical matters and platform rules are final.
